Next Creative Leaders recently annouced for entries is a international portfolio competition developed by The One Club for Creativity in partnership with The 3% Movement.

Organiser is searching for trailblazing women, trans, and non-binary creatives stepping into leadership roles. This includes copywriters, art directors, designers, ACDs, and newly-promoted Creative Directors or Design Directors (with less than a year in the role).

By showcasing portfolios that exemplify creativity, leadership potential, and a commitment to inclusivity, Next Creative Leaders not only honors emerging talent - it also drives cultural change within the creative sector.

Participants gain global visibility among leading agencies and professionals, unlocking opportunities to build networks, advance careers, and increase their influence.

This visibility is complemented by valuable professional development opportunities such as jury participation, mentorship sessions, speaking engagements, and attendance at exclusive industry events.

The Next Creative Leaders jury is an international group of creative visionaries, industry pioneers, and past NCL winners, all dedicated to advancing and elevating gender-expansive creatives shaping the future of our industry.

➜ Who may enter?

This competition is open worldwide to women, trans, and non-binary creatives who are stepping into leadership roles. This includes: Copywriters, Art directors, Designers, Associate creative directors (ACDs), Newly promoted creative or design directors (with less than one year in their new role). Creative teams that meet the same criteria are also welcome to apply.

Winners receive a one year complimentary individual membership with The One Club, opportunities to serve on award juries, a complimentary ticket to a One Club professional development conference (valued over $1,000), panels and mentorship events, plus showcase of their work on The One Club’s platforms, media partner coverage, and potential speaking engagements.
