International Poster Call BICeBé 2025 is now open for entries!

International Poster Call BICeBé 2025 : The Biennial of the Poster Bolivia BICeBé, the most important international event in Bolivia and the Southern Cone regarding design and visual communication, recently has been announced the call for entries for 2025 inviting submissions from all over the world.

➜ Short description

The Biennial of the Poster Bolivia BICeBé recently has annonced its International Poster Call BICeBé 2025 and invites graphic designers from all over the world to participate in this important activity of the world’s poster design agenda and one of the most amazing design event in Latinamerica.

Contestants may be design students, graphic designers, plastic artists, photographers and graphic producers in general, of any age and nationality, having posters printed between April 2023 and April 2025, except for those submitting as Category D and Category F that must be unpublished posters.

Each contestant can submit up to ten (10) posters in categories A, B, C, D and F. Categories D and F do not accept series. Series are not counted as a single poster. Category E will accept up to two motion design posters per designer.

Category A Cultural posters
Category B Social posters
Category C Advertising or commercial posters
Category E Motion Design Poster. Free Topic.

Unpublished works

Category D Unpublished posters on the topic: Earth Overshoot Day.
Category F Students Only (18 to 25 years old) unpublished posters on the topic: Technology and Mental Health.

Category D and F will only accept originals & unpublished, not previously printed or published posters (including social networks, blogs, websites or other contests).

In categories A, B, C, D & F the poster file will have at least 70 cm at the largest side or original design size, JPG, RGB at 300 dpi. Each poster must not weigh more than 12 MB.

Design technique is free. For Categories D and F design format must be 70 x 100 cm, vertical orientation. In Category E Motion Design Poster, proposals must have the following specs: size: 1080 x 1920 (square pixels), time: 20 seconds (30 fps), format: MP4 (h.264 / high bitrate) Maximum weight 30MB.

The winners will be announced during the Main Ceremony at Santa Cruz de la Sierra, on Wednesday, October 24, 2025.

➜ Submited posters need to be printed between April 2023 and April 2025, except for those submitting as Category D that must be originals & unpublished, not previously printed or digitally published (including social networks, blogs, websites or other contests).

➜ Each contestant can submit up to 10 posters in categories A,B,C & D. Category D does not accept series. Category E will accept up to 2 motion design posters per designer.

➜ The original design format for categories A,B & C may not be less than 50 x 70 cm.

➜ In Category D design format must be 70 x 100 cm (Vertical).

➜ In Category E (Motion Design Poster), proposals need to be sized 1080 x 1920 (square pixels), 20 seconds (30 fps), MP4 (h.264 / high bitrate), max. 30MB.

Contestants may be design students, graphic designers, plastic artists, photographers and graphic producers in general, of any age and nationality.

➜ Prize:

BICeBé will award the First, Second and Third Place of all categories with a Diploma of Honor and Medal. Special Recognitions will be given to the Best Bolivian Poster of all categories, to the Best Bolivian Poster of Category D and to the Best Poster of Category F for Students.
