TransNatura 2024 International Nature Photo Contest: The 11th edition of TransNatura International Nature Photo Contest 2024 recently has been announced by Saint George VADON Association invites all amateur as well as professional, photographers from all over the world to participate.

➜ Short description

The Saint George VADON Association announces the 11th edition of its TransNatura International Nature Photo contest 2024!

The goal of the TransNatura photography competition is to promote and support the importance of nature conservation and the protection of natural values through nature photography.

The basic requirement is that the recordings have to be made of natural habitats without disturbing the wildlife. On the photos only wild animals can be included, pictures taken of captive animals can not compete in the contest.

Categories are:

➜ Wildlife — wild animals in their natural habitats. The images can be portraits, action shots, or everyday scenes showcasing animal behavior, beauty, and their role in nature.
➜ Nature and Landscapes — all images showcasing the beauty and diversity of nature, excluding animals. It covers impressive landscapes, forests, waters, plants, and natural phenomena.

The works received will be evaluated and decided upon by an international jury. A total number of seven competition prizes will be awarded. The award-winning pictures and other selected works will be exhibited on December 12, 2024.

➜ Who may enter?

The application is open to amateur as well as professional photographers from all over the world, with the exception of jury members and organizers.

➜ Prize:

The organizes will award a total of 5,500 Euro to a Grand Prize winner and three category winners in two competition categories. The TransNatura Grand Prize is 1,500 Euro.
