Global Comic Awards 2025 : The Global Comic Awards has been recently opened for entries and is accepting comic, manga, and webtoon submissions from comic creators of all ages, from anywhere in the world.

The Global Comic Awards 2025 now is calling for entries! This international competition is accepting comic, manga, and webtoon submissions from comic creators of all ages, from anywhere in the world.

The competition is co-organized by Pixiv , a Japanese online platform and social network for artists and Celsys, a Japanese graphics software company.

Organisers are accepting submissions in both free and themed categories.

“ If you wish to explore your creative world without constraints, the Free category is ideal for you.

For those who enjoy crafting stories around a specific theme, we invite you to participate in the Themed category. In the Themed category, organisers are looking for works about “Memory”.

Contestants may submit as many works as they like, but each submission must contain only one work (one episode or a series). Series submissions are also welcome (please tag the first episode of the series). Standalone works and incompleted series are also accepted.

Entries must be submitted through the Pixiv website. Entries will go through a rigorous judging process before winners are decided.

➜ Submissions must be in a manga format (including ToonScroll format). English is recommended, but other languages are also accepted. File format must be compatible with pixiv submission formats (JPG, GIF, PNG). AI-generated works are not allowed.

➜ Prize:

The winner of the Grand Prize will be awarded 500,000 JPY and a three-year CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX single-device plan.
