Oceans Design Competition 2021: In order to celebrate the 15th edition this year, Busan Metropolitan City and Korea Association Marine Industry are hosting 'Oceans Design Competition 2021' to design the poster to be promoted for the 15th edition of World Ocean Forum, featuring an innovative start and the meaning of the WOF 2021 main theme.

Organized by Busan Metropolitan City and Korea Association Marine Industry, 'Oceans Design Competition 2021' is an innovation challenging competition presented to anyone who is passionate about oceans.
The mission of Oceans Design Competition is to inspire the growth and promotion of ocean industries heading to the Post-Pandemic.
Design the poster to be promoted for the 15th edition of World Ocean Forum, featuring an innovative start and the meaning of the WOF 2021 main theme - 'The Future of Everything: Ocean Transformation'.
All of applicants are only allowed to apply for one category:
➜ Graphic Design Poster: This competition includes poster design in order for World Ocean Forum 2021 to announce the new edition.
➜ Mascot Character: This competition includes a mascot character design that can represent World Ocean Forum and the finalist’s work will be exploited to promotion materials such as event goods and brochures.
Only individual participant is allowed to apply for this design competition with 1 artwork.
The winners will be announced on June 7, 2021.
➜ Who may enter?
Anyone who is passionate about the oceans can apply for the competitions and only individual applicant is accepted.
➜ Prize:
The grand prized work of poster category is going to be used as the official poster of World Ocean Forum 2021.
Regarding the mascot character, the grand prized work will be exploited as the representative character which symbolizes

➜ Grand Prize(1) : USD 1,350 with a certificate of award
➜ Excellence Prize(1) : USD 900 with a certificate of award
➜ Encouragement Prize(1) : USD 450 with a certificate of award
➜ Nominated Works(Multiple Works) : A certificate of award with small gifts
