The Baron Prize 2021: The BARON PRIZE, a biannual award, which recognizes artists, photographers and filmmakers who have created projects investigating gender, sex, sexuality and identity politics has been recently announced for entries in its 2021 edition.

This is the 3rd edition of the Baron Prize, a biannual award, which recognises artists, photographers and filmmakers who have created projects investigating gender, sex, sexuality and identity politics.
The third edition of the BARON PRIZE will be judged by a panel including Julie Verhoeven (artist), Matthew Holroyd (Baron Founder), Sunil Gupta (photographer) and PZ Today (Creative Director).
You need to submit only 1 work, saved as JPEG, max 6MB + Artists Statement (500 words min). The artist statement must include the title of the work and describe what you have submitted, why you have made it and the meaning of the work. It must also describe a rational behind the construction of the submission. If you submit the film you need to send the link.
The winner will be announced in June 2021.

The Baron Prize is open to artists, filmmakers, photographers working in any medium and from anywhere in the world.
➜ Prize:
The winners’ prize is 1000 GBP and a 1000 GBP gift certificate to spend at Baron Books.
➜ Entry fees:
Entry fee is 20 GBP.
