Competition recently opened for entries is a renowned global platform that invites talented designers and artists worldwide to harness their creativity and address pressing global issues through the compelling medium of poster design.

Short description

The 3rd International Poster For___. Competition is a global event that invites designers and artists from around the world to showcase their creativity and raise awareness about critical global issues through poster design.

Participants are encouraged to create compelling visual narratives addressing topics such as climate change, child welfare, ocean protection, education, and water safety, among others.

The competition aims to harness the power of design to inspire change and foster a deeper understanding of these pressing issues in the global community.

In this year’s edition, the competition introduces a new category specifically for hand-drawn posters, providing an additional platform for young artists to express their creativity.

This competition is not just an opportunity for artists to showcase their work but also a call to action for designers to use their skills to influence public opinion and contribute to meaningful global conversations.

Winners of the competition will receive significant recognition, with over 200 selected designers having their work exhibited in high-profile locations such as Times Square in New York City.

Submission requirements:

➜ For categories A/B/C/D, the submitted posters should be in vertical format, either JPG or PDF, with a size 700 x 1000 px (vertical), RGB, 72 dpi, JPG. The maximum file size allowed is 10MB.

➜ Category E has a different size requirement. Due to the limitations of hand-drawn posters, resize your submission to either vertical in A4 size (210mm x 297mm) or Letter size (8.5 inches by 11 inches) at 72 dpi and submit scanned copies.

Who may enter?

This competition is open to participants of all ages, with a special emphasis on aspiring young professionals and students aged 19 and below.

Prize:

The golden winner in each category will receive a trophy, and all awarded designers will receive an Award Certificate via email. Additionally, more than 200 awarded and selected designers will have their work showcased in exhibitions, including at least three in Times Square, New York City. Their work will also be permanently featured on the PosterFor’s website, gaining significant visibility and recognition.
