2025 MUSE Hotel Awards : The MUSE Hotel Awards 2025, recently organised by International Awards Associate Inc (IAA), is the world-leading and prestigious competition that honors and celebrates the very best and industry-leading luxury hotels in hotel design, services, dining and travel that continue to push the boundaries of global hospitality and tourism.

In celebrating the 10th Anniversary, the MUSE Hotel Awards continues to honor the architects of luxury, comfort, and unforgettable stays that have elevated the world of hospitality. The 2025 MUSE theme, Celebrating Milestones, is a tribute to hoteliers and designers who have turned the ordinary into the extraordinary, creating unforgettable experiences that go beyond just a stay. Every milestone represents a dedication to service, a passion for luxury, and a commitment to delivering moments that linger in the memory.

This year, you are invited to be part of this remarkable celebration, sharing your unique ideas to inspire new standards, foster collaboration, and craft experiences that will resonate with travelers for years to come.

The MUSE Hotel Awards does not stop at only recognizing the best hotels in the world. It rewards and celebrates all categories that create the ultimate global hospitality and guest experience.

The MUSE Hotel Awards strive to not only discover and promote pioneers and honor established veterans of the industry, but to also recognize the resolve and adaptability of luxury hotels that still stride forward and provide excellent service to people of all kinds.

There are FOUR levels of achievement in the competition:

➜ Category Winner of the Year
➜ Platinum MUSE (85-100 points)
➜ Gold MUSE (70-84 points)
➜ Silver MUSE (50-69 points)

MUSE Hotel Awards are divided into 2 main award programs: Hotel & Hospitality Design.

Hotels that are undergoing development can also be entered at any stage of construction if planning approval has been granted.

Companies may submit single or multiple entries in any category.

The MUSE Hotel Awards panel of judges consists of distinguished hoteliers and hospitality experts who continue to provide insights and wisdom that elevated themselves to be among the best in the industry.

Submission requirements:

All entry submissions must be shared with all aspects and similarities accurately matching their real-world counterparts and properties and must remain unmodified throughout the duration of the competition.

Entry Brief:
➜ It is recommended that you keep your synopsis to approximately 350 words. We suggest you utilize this section of your entry to elaborate on the piece as well as the creativity and originality of your idea. The brief should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the jury a better understanding of your project. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

Image Submission:
➜ The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

Audio/Video File:
➜ Entries with audio/video can be uploaded to Vimeo/YouTube/Youku and must be submitted with a direct URL that will take judges directly to the work. If it is password-protected, you must provide a username and password for judging purposes. Web Videos entered are judged solely on the content provided. Upload a PDF brief if explanation is required before evaluation of the work.

Who may enter?

The MUSE Hotel Awards is open to hoteliers, hotel developers and builders, interior designers, architects, public relations firms, advertising agencies, travel agencies, and all professionals related directly or indirectly in hospitality.

Prize:

➜ Category Winners of the Year will receive a Limited Edition MUSE Statuette to be displayed at your establishment as a quality of excellence.
➜ Category Winners of the Year – Winner’s Banner to be featured on category page and link to website for 30 days for maximum exposure.
➜ Category Winners of the Year will be highlighted on MUSE Hotel Awards Gallery Section located at the Home Page for 30 days to increase public visibility.
➜ Winner Interview – All winners will get a chance for an interview to recognize the winning team that contributed to the project.
➜ A Dedicated Hotel, Design, or Agency Profile (Winner’s Page) for Category Winners of the Year, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Winners. Winners can also include booking (Agoda, Booking.com, Trivago, etc.) or official website links in their profile page.
➜ Marketing Tools – A professionally-designed icon, badge, site bug, press release templates, and email signature to celebrate your win.
➜ Winners of all winning levels will be featured on the MUSE Hotel Awards Winners Section.
➜ Category Winners of the Year, Platinum and Gold Winners will be featured by MUSE on social media or on Muse.World, our media partner site to maximize exposure.
➜ A complimentary professionally-designed certificate to commemorate winning entry submissions that includes entry title, entrant company and/or winner’s name, and award category. A decal will be customized to indicate the winning level.

Entry fees:

During the Early Bird period (Oct 14 - Nov 14, 2024) entry fee is $450. After that period ends the amount of fee will increse.
